At The Scholar, teaching is based on creating a welcoming environment for students where they feel safe and confident enough to challenge themselves, ask questions and overcome the fear of making mistakes.
Tutoring is done online via zoom or in person around the Birmingham area.

Mandeep Singh
Founder & Director
Mandeep Singh is a qualified Teacher of Mathematics, who has over 5 years’ of experience in the Grammar and Independent sector. After teaching full time at King Edward’s School Birmingham, Mandeep founded The Scholar to pursue his passion for tutoring Mathematics. Mandeep has been tutoring privately since 2014 when he was studying Mathematics at the University of Birmingham.
